Processing Time
In-stock items are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Each pre-order item comes with a specific delivery date. Please read the
product description carefully before placing your order. Keep in mind that pre-
order items are not eligible for rush or express shipping. Thank you for your
understanding!
Pre-ordered items will ship according to the production timeframe stated in the product
description. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will ship together when all
items are ready.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
UK Orders: Delivered within 1–2 working days after dispatch.
International Orders: Typically delivered within 2–5 working days after dispatch, depending
on destination.
All orders are shipped with trackable courier services. Tracking details will be sent via email
once the order is dispatched.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and courier
service.
Pre-order items and regular items ship at standard shipping rates only — express shipping is
not available for pre-orders.
Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees
applicable in their country.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order to
understand potential charges.

Delivery Issues
StSterling is not liable for delays caused by the courier, customs clearance, or circumstances
beyond our control.
Loss or theft during transit is the responsibility of the courier. Customers must file any
claims for lost or stolen parcels directly with the courier service.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order — we are not
responsible for packages sent to incorrectly provided addresses.
