A: Pre-order items are made to order and have an estimated production time listed
in the product description. Production typically takes between 3–6 weeks, depending
on the garment. Once production is complete, your order will be shipped within 1–3
business days.

Q: Can I get express shipping for a pre-order?
A: No — pre-order items are not eligible for rush or express shipping.

Q: What happens if my order includes both in-stock and pre-order items?
A: Your order will be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready.

Production & Materials
Q: Where are StSterling garments made?
A: All garments are designed in London, with fabrics sourced from London and
Turkey. Production is completed in Poland on a pre-order basis, ensuring high-
quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Q: What does “working days” mean in production timelines?
A: Working days are Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.

Returns & Exchanges
Q: Can I return my item?
A: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, unless the item is marked as non-
refundable.

Q: Which items are non-refundable?
A: Swimwear and intimate items purchased, final sale/clearance items, and digital
products cannot be returned.

Q: How do I start a return?
A: Email us at help@ststerlingltd.com with your order number and reason for
return. We’ll send you instructions for returning your item.

Shipping
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: UK: 1–2 working days after dispatch
International: 2–5 working days after dispatch (depending on location)

Q: Do I have to pay customs fees?
A: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and
fees charged by their country.

Q: My parcel is lost or stolen — what should I do?
A: Contact the courier directly using your tracking number to file a claim. StSterling is
not responsible for parcels lost or stolen in transit.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Q: Can I change my order after placing it?
A: Changes can be made within 2 days of placing your order. After this, production
will have begun, and changes cannot be made.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
