Returns & Refund Policy

We value your satisfaction and aim to provide you with quality products and service. Please review our returns and refunds policy before making a purchase.

1. General Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 28 days of delivery (excluding non-refundable items listed below).
Postage Fees will be deducted from store credit.
Returned items must have no signs of wear and tear.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice) is required for all returns.



2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items CANNOT be returned or refunded:
Items purchased without tax (orders without applicable sales tax). SALE items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Original Condition
Hygiene and our customers’ safety are super important, so certain items can't be returned for refunds, including:
ALL SWIMSWEAR AND INTIMATE items cannot be returned. Please read the size guide before placing an order. Swimwear pieces (including bikinis, one-pieces, or any other swim-related apparel).
• Final sale or clearance items.
• Gift cards and digital products.


3. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You will be notified of the process. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Responsibility
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way! Until the package arrives back to us, please ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.


4. Exchanges
Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges. All returned items will be refunded once they arrive back to us. Need it in a different size or colour? Simply place a new order!
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, a store credit or refund (if eligible) will be issued.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us at info@ststerlinglimited.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


6. How to Initiate a Return:
1. Email [Your Email] with your order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for our return authorization and instructions.
3. Ship the item to the address provided.
4. Keep your tracking number for reference.
