Pre-Orders Policy
Each pre-order item may have a different delivery date. Please make sure you thoroughly read the product description carefully before placing your order. Pre-ordered items are not eligible for rush or express shipping. – Please keep this in mind when placing your order. Orders will begin processing on the release date advertised on our website (ststerlinglimited.com). We reserve the right to change release dates, with proper notification sent to customers. Once the release date is reached, please allow up to 3 business days for order processing. If the release date falls on a holiday, processing will begin on the next business day. Orders containing multiple items — including at least one pre-order — will be shipped together when the pre-order item is ready. Pre-ordered items will be shipped using standard shipping rates.
Production & Delivery Policy
Design & Production
All garments are designed in London, with fabrics sourced locally. Production takes
place in Poland and operates on a pre-order basis. The estimated production time for each garment is stated in the product description. For example, if the estimated production time is three weeks (21 working days), working days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.
Delays & Notifications
During standard production periods, orders are fulfilled within the stated timeframes. However, unforeseen circumstances — such as COVID-19 or supply chain disruptions — may extend production times. If delays occur, StSterling will notify customers by email.
Order Changes
Any changes to order specifications must be requested within two days of placing
the order. After this period, changes cannot be made, as production will have already begun.
Quality Control & Packaging
Once production is complete, each piece undergoes thorough quality control before
being packaged securely using strong, regulation-compliant materials.
After Production
UK Delivery: Orders are delivered within 1–2 working days. International Delivery: Orders typically arrive within 2–5 working days, depending on destination. Once shipped, customers will receive an email with delivery details and tracking information.
Customs & Import Taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country. Please check your local customs regulations before placing an order.
Loss or Damage in Transit
StSterling is not liable for loss or theft during transit. Tracking details are provided
via email, and it is the customer’s responsibility to monitor their shipment. Any claims
for lost or stolen parcels must be made directly with the courier service.
